TERMS OF SERVICE

WILL DO

  • Fanart of existing characters

  • OCs

  • Real people

  • Blood and gore/body horror

  • Simple armor and simple weapons

  • Pets (dogs, cats, birds, snakes)

WON'T DO

  • NSFW (sexual)

  • Furries (Ears and tail on their own are fine)

  • Complex tech (mecha, vehicles)

  • Anything problematic such as prejudiced themes and problematic pairings

  • Anything I'm uncomfortable with

- By commissioning you agree to all Terms of Service.
- To commission, contact me via DMs or email.
- Payment will be made via PayPal or Ko-fi.
- 50% of the total price shall be payed so I start working on your commission. Once the final stages are reached, the other 50% are required so I send you the final product. (Payment proof in both stages is also required).
- References of character, pose, and detailed descriptions in general are very welcome upon commissioning!
- Major changes (pose, composition, expression, color pallette) can be made in the sketch phase free of charge. Minor changes (details, minor color changes) can be made later in the process free of charge. Major changes at the final stages will cost +50% of the original price.
- The final art will be sent via Email. The file will be in PNG, 300-350DPI and in at least 3000-5000 resolution.
- Minimum of 2 weeks until completion. Total completion time depends on the complexy of the commissioned artwork.
- Commission prices apply to personal use (personal social media layouts, printing as decor, etc.). Commercial use will require a notice and further negociation.
- I reserve the right to add your commission to portfolios and social media. In case there is a specific reason you don't want it shared online, contact me about it.
- You may post the artwork online, but do NOT claim you're the author. Credit is appreciated.
- Edits and watermark erasing are NOT allowed.
- Do NOT use my art to spread hate, discrimination, or to promote violence/abuse of any kind.
- Do NOT use my art to train AI or make NFTs.
- No refund once the sketch is approved and I start working. (Partial refund only if I haven't delivered your commission by the deadline).
